Strategic Success Lab is a small firm led from the United States and delivered from Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. We do three things for companies across the Americas and Europe: revenue operations, applied AI, and managed support pods.

Ronald Barnes founded Strategic Success Lab and leads it. He scopes each engagement himself and stays the named contact throughout.
Why Banja Luka.
Banja Luka is the second-largest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a deep enterprise technology workforce, including people with years in payments, POS and retail technology support.
It sits in Central European Time, so one shift covers European business hours and the next covers the American working day. English proficiency is high, and German-speaking support talent is available.
Our people are employed locally on permanent contracts and work inside client systems under agreed access and escalation rules. The same city staffs a payments support pod and delivers a revenue operations project, and both run the same way: a written scope, named owners on both sides, and a weekly reporting rhythm.
