Strategic Success Lab (SSL) is led from the United States and delivered from Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

What this notice covers

This notice covers this website and the candidate (CV) form on our careers page.

It does not cover the separate agreements we sign with client companies.

Website visitors

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not identify you.

Email, text and booking links open the apps on your own device. Nothing is sent until you send it.

The meeting calendar is provided by Cal.com and is only loaded when you choose to open it.

Candidates: what we collect

When you send us your CV, we collect what you enter in the form:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your city
• your current or most recent employer and job title
• your years of experience, support areas, and the systems and tools you have used
• your English level and any other languages
• your shift availability, earliest start date and notice period
• your LinkedIn address, if you give one
• anything you write in the free-text field
• your CV file
• whether you gave consent, and whether you asked to stay in our talent pool

Why we collect it

We use it to assess your experience, to match you to roles with our client companies, and to keep in touch about future roles if you opt in.

Anonymized sharing, defined

Before you agree to an introduction, a prospective client sees only your professional experience: role level, years, systems, languages and availability.

That summary does not include your name, your contact details or your current employer.

We share your identifiable CV only after you agree to be introduced to a specific client.

How long we keep it

We keep your CV and your form answers for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them.

We delete them sooner if you ask. We keep them longer only if you are employed through us, or if you ask us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Withdrawing consent stops future processing. It does not affect what was lawfully done before you withdrew it.

To do any of these, email privacy@strategicsuccesslab.com. We reply within five working days.

Where your data is kept

Your data is kept in Google Workspace, which is our email, spreadsheet and file storage, and in Vercel, which hosts this website and stores form submissions.

Access is limited to the SSL people who handle recruitment.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
